Learn which in-network providers are offered through each medical plan option:

• Ohio Med PPO and Ohio Med HDHP – These plans give members access to Medical Mutual’s full SuperMed^® PPO network of doctors and hospitals including the Cigna PPO^® network when care is needed outside of our SuperMed service area.         
• Ohio Med Narrow Network – This plan gives members access to Medical Mutual’s MedFlex™ network, which offers access to select doctors and hospitals throughout Ohio. This plan does not include out-of-network coverage.

Ohio Med benefit plans provided by Medical Mutual include medical coverage only. This coverage excludes behavioral health, dental, vision and pharmacy services, which are provided by other administrators.
