Step 1: Contact Medical Mutual at WW@MedMutual.com or call 1-800-251-2583, 24/7. Leave a detailed message with the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Medical Mutual member ID number (found on your ID card)
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Step 2: We will respond within three (3) business days to complete your enrollment.

Chronic Condition Management Program

Having a coach to offer guidance can be empowering and helpful if you live with a chronic condition. Our Chronic Condition Management program provides valuable information and a plan to meet your specific needs. You are eligible to participate in the program at no additional cost if you have been diagnosed with any of the following:

  • Asthma
  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
  • Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Failure
  • Hypertension

QuitLine Tobacco Cessation Program

Kick the habit with Medical Mutual’s QuitLine, a free tobacco cessation program that’s designed to help you quit all forms of tobacco.

You'll receive a variety of helpful resources to help you succeed:

  • A personalized plan for quitting that’s designed around your goals
  • Support and advice including up to five phone sessions with a trained Quit Coach®
  • A Quit Guide with helpful tips to help you quit
  • A free supply of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)

Maternity Management Program

The MedMutual Maternity App

If a new baby is on the way, you’ll want to download our MedMutual Maternity app. The app features a variety of resources and tools to help families prepare for baby’s arrival. It also includes health reminders and educational content for parents with children up to age 2.

Search MedMutual Maternity in the Apple App Store® and Google Play®. Once you have downloaded the app, create an account by entering your Medical Mutual member ID number and your date of birth.

Additional Maternity Support

Medical Mutual also offers digital education and support, including access to a specially-trained maternity health coach who can provide valuable knowledge, advice and assistance during the pregnancy if any risk is detected. This program is available to Medical Mutual members at no additional cost.

Fitness Discounts

Joining a fitness center is easy and affordable with GlobalFit®. Medical Mutual members save money on enrollment and membership fees.
